Celebrating Faith, Courage and Wisdom
This Holy Week we are celebrating 7 extraordinary women of the Bible in this inspiring exhibition programme by The Rt Rev’d Dr Graham Kings, Hon Assistant Bishop, Diocese of Ely. Featuring paintings by Silvia Dimitrova, original music by Dr Tristan Latchford and poems by Bishop Graham.
Paintings
Seven beautiful paintings by artist Silvia Dimitrova will be on display in our Quire. They depict extraordinary women from the Old and New Testament. Sarah, Miriam, Ruth, Esther, Magdalene, Lydia and Priscilla.
Throughout Holy Week different paintings will be used as inspiration for reflection and music.
